HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS TO THE BOURBON ROOM?
The Bourbon Room has partnered with Stellar Live for our concert series and Fever for For The Record performances. There is not a physical Box Office on site. All tickets must be purchased online via their website or App. There are many useful features, including the transferring of tickets to members of your party or friends, should you not be able to make a performance. We suggest downloading the Stellar or Fever app where all ticket purchases are automatically stored. You must set up an account to activate all special features. Links to ticketing sites are also available at www.bourbonroomhollywood.com and www.fortherecordlive.com. Tickets for Tarantino Live can be purchased at www.tarantinolive.com. At this time, we are unable to take phone orders. Tickets can be ordered online up until show time if tickets are available. The House Manager will also have a print out of all ticket orders in case you have trouble bringing up your ticket on your mobile device.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges once tickets have been purchased. If you are unable to make a performance, the Stellar and Fever Apps allow you to transfer tickets. If you experience problems transferring a ticket, you may contact The Bourbon Room (tickets@bourbonroomhollywod) to place them under another name or to let us know you are unable to make the performance. All notices are greatly appreciated.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY TICKET PURCHASE?
Unless otherwise noted, your ticket price only includes admission to the event. Dinner and drinks are not included but are available for purchase at your seats.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SEATING TIERS?
Seating at the Bourbon Room is cozy (think NY style). You may end up sharing a table or sitting next to someone you may not know. Prepare to make new friends. The number of Tiers varies from show to show. Tier 1 tickets typically include tables closest to the stage and booth seating. Tier 2 tickets are mid-house, Tier 3 tickets are at the rear of the venue and are at high top tables with barstools with backs. The Bourbon Room also hosts some standing room only shows. Please check individual event pages to see what Tiers are being offered.
HOW DOES SEATING WORK?
Seating is assigned by the House Manager. All tickets are sold Tiers and are not assigned until the evening of the show. Seating will be based on party size, arrival time, and is up to the discretion of the House Manager. You may contact the House Manager via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make any special requests. Please note as performances often sell out, all special seating requests may be difficult to be fulfilled, but we will try our best.
IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?
The Bourbon Room is an all ages venue. Some shows contain adult themes and content can vary artist to artist—parental guidance is always suggested when purchasing seats for minors. All patrons must have a ticket and be seated in a designated seat.
DOES THE BOURBON ROOM OFFER FOOD AND DRINKS?
Yes. Our menu can be viewed online and include sharables, delicious entrée options, delectable desserts, and a full list of signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic delights. For patrons attending shows at the Bourbon Room, the theater opens for service one hour prior to showtime. Food and drinks can also be enjoyed in the Bourbon Room Lounge (our front bar) before and after shows. Check the Bourbon Room website for daily operating hours.
CAN I HOST A SPECIAL EVENT AT THE BOURBON ROOM?
Yes. The Bourbon Room is a perfect place to host a special event. Take in a show with your friends or host a night in the Bourbon Room Lounge. Birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate parties. We do it all. Contact email@example.com to inquire.
WHAT ARE THE BOURBON ROOM'S CURRENT COVID REGULATIONS?
Masks are required for patrons that are not fully vaccinated.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Due to some shows being interactive and utilizing additional space throughout the venue, house management will determine when patrons can be seated during the show.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Patrons are invited to express their personal style when attending performances at The Bourbon Room.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DURING THE SHOW?
The use of photography or video equipment or mobile devices in the theater is determined on a show by show basis. Photography and video is always allowed in the Bourbon Room Lounge.
IS THE BOURBON ROOM ADA ACCESSIBLE?
The Bourbon Room is ADA accessible. To arrange ADA seating, or to enquire about assistance in arriving, we suggest purchasing your tickets to secure your seats, and then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure your email includes the name of the person who purchased the ticket, the show you are attending, what your seating needs are, and a phone number where we can call you back.
HOW DO I GET TO THE BOURBON ROOM?
Our address is 6356 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028. If arriving from the 101 Freeway, take the Cahuenga exit and head south on Cahuenga to Hollywood Blvd. Turn left on Cahuenga. The Bourbon Room is located near the southwest corner of Hollywood Blvd. and Ivar.
WHERE DO I PARK?
The Bourbon Room does not offer valet service at this time. There is a parking garage on Ivar between Hollywood Blvd and Selma, which is half a block away from the venue entrance.
